KTM 390 Enduro R Makes Its Indian Debut – A New Off-Road Icon Arrives

KTM has officially rolled out the 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R in India, and it’s already turning heads in the off-road community. Priced at ₹3.36 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), this latest launch brings a serious punch of performance, engineering, and trail-ready DNA straight into the hands of Indian riders.

Designed for riders who live for the dirt, the 390 Enduro R stands apart with its aggressive build and Dakar-inspired stance. It’s powered by a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, delivering a solid 44.25hp at 8,500rpm and 39Nm of torque at 6,500rpm—giving you the throttle response you need when terrain gets unpredictable.

What makes this machine truly off-road ready is its chassis. Built on a lightweight trellis frame, it’s paired with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels, making it ideal for trail tackling. Suspension duties are handled by fully adjustable 43mm WP XPLOR USD forks up front, and a WP XPLOR rear monoshock—both tuned for technical terrain and maximum feedback.

The bike weighs in at just 172kg (dry), making it one of the lightest and most nimble in its segment. With a seat height of 925mm and a ground clearance of 260mm, it’s clearly not built for casual road trips—this is a machine made for riders who chase dirt and demand control.

Riders also get a 5-inch TFT display, ride-by-wire throttle, and dual-channel ABS with off-road mode, along with traction control and quickshifter. KTM didn’t just build a dirt bike—they engineered a serious weapon for adventure seekers.

The 390 Enduro R also represents KTM’s strategy of bringing more competition-grade, dual-sport motorcycles to Indian riders without compromising on global specs.
