Editorial Policy

TechyRobber covers automotive news from India. This page explains how we choose, check and publish stories, so you know what you can expect from us.

Who writes our stories

Our editor, Lakshya Verma, and our writers publish under their own names. We also accept news from independent contributors (see Write for us). Contributors get their own author page, and their stories go through the same checks as ours. Every article shows its author and the date it was published.

Checking facts

  1. We check each story against as many sources as we can: official announcements, price lists and spec sheets from manufacturers, company filings, sales data and trusted industry reports.
  2. Prices are ex-showroom unless we say otherwise, and can change after we publish.
  3. When information is not official yet (for example, an expected launch date), we say it is expected or reported.

Use of AI

  1. Text: some articles are drafted with the help of AI tools. A person then checks every fact against sources, edits the article and decides whether to publish it. The named author is responsible for it.
  2. Images: some images are made or edited with AI, for example to create a clean background or an illustration. These are illustrations, not photos of a real vehicle in that place, and we label them as illustrations. We never use AI to change the shape, design or details of a real vehicle.

Independence

We don't promote brands and we don't take payment from manufacturers for coverage. TechyRobber is owned by Kanil PRwire. Advertising, including ads from Google, pays for the site and never decides what we write. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we can. For important mistakes we add a note to the article saying what changed. Report an error at contact@techyrobber.com.
